The VSC has a super heavy duty design, and is 100% STAINLESS STEEL covered - It has a COMPACT SPACE SAVING design to fit into most vehicles which makes it a popular choice for hire and contract cleaning companies or someone wanting the best value for money.
 
The V-TUF RAPID VSC machine is easy to maintain with spare parts at prices which make it economical to run or adapt to different cleaning situations. The V-TUF RAPID VSC is a winner in many areas where water pressures may not be sufficient and cause problems with most hot water machines. This machine can be easily used on suction too if you purchase the water suction kit - (see ‘USEFUL ATTACHMENTS’ tab below).
 
The V-TUF RAPID VSC has NO expensive electric printed circuit boards (PCB's) to go wrong and an excellent design to protect the electrics from water ingress. It has a low revving pump motor unit - for increased pump and seal life

  • Tough, easy running pump - The proven V-TUF XHDM161 low revving European pump is 160 bar rated with a heavy duty crankshaft design with hard wearing ceramic plungers and a brass pump head. Servicing is straight forward and spares availability is excellent.
  • The XHDM161 pump is lubricated with top specification V-TUF PRESSURE LUBE ( PL500 ) which contains MSM which virtually eliminates friction and wear. Pump lube level visible from outside the machine.
  • Pressure can be regulated and the regulation wheel is direct on the pump and easy to reach.
  • Adjustable temperature control and cold water switch.
  • High efficiency double pass heat exchanger with 3 second purge time offers you hotter water while using less fuel and clean combustion.
  • The simple strategically placed control panel is easy to operate and has IP56 electric protection.
  • Automatic stop and start – which increases pump seal life.
  • Low water burner Cut-Out - reducing expensive damage from water shortage.
  • Safety pressure valve : visible and direct on the pump (following all European regulations).
  • Lance storage holder on the side of the cover.
